Following our initial phone call, we will book a “familiarisation” meeting to see if we will work well together and understand what we will be working towards from a planning point of view. There is no cost for this meeting.
Following the meeting, if you decide to sign up to our services, we will set you up on our secure online portal and send you a video demo explaining how to use it. You’ll also be sent some paperwork to officially become our clients. Before our next meeting, we will ask you to complete your fact-find document on the portal.
We will meet again at our “knowledge meeting” and help build up your understanding of finances and the investing world. We will also capture any blanks from the fact-find. Following the meeting, there will be some paperwork to complete so that we can contact your policy providers for information – we will keep you updated on the progress of this.
Now for the exciting part! We will meet again to discuss your plan in detail, and using modern technology, we will show you how your financial future could look.
An advice presentation meeting for any policy-related recommendations will follow the cashflow meeting. We won’t make any recommendations on new or old policies without a plan in place. We will follow this up with a phone call to answer any queries you may have to help you make a decision regarding the next steps.
Once you’re happy with our recommendations, you can rely on us to do all the heavy lifting to get everything in place on your behalf. We will keep you updated regularly, so you always know how things are going.
Once your plan has been implemented, the service we provide doesn’t have to end there. As things in your life change, we will meet with you once or twice a year for a “progress meeting” so you know how your plan is performing.
